ABQnews| Deutschland / Berlin | Über Deutschland ist am Wochenende eine Unwetterfront hinweggezogen. Im Norden und Süden sorgten Gewitter und Starkregen bereits am Samstag für zahlreiche Einsätze von Polizei und Feuerwehr, auch am Sonntag wurden weitere Unwetter erwartet. Der Deutsche Wetterdienst (DWD) warnte erneut vor zum Teil “schweren Gewittern” mit Starkregen.
Im Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen wurden am Samstagabend mehrere Häuser wegen eines über die Ufer getretenen Bachs evakuiert. Rund 200 Menschen mussten laut Polizei in Grainau vorübergehend ihre Häuser verlassen. Zuvor hatte es am Samstag auch in Norddeutschland schwere Unwetter gegeben. Allein in Lübeck rückte die Feuerwehr innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu 200 Einsätzen etwa wegen voll gelaufener Keller aus.
Auch am Sonntag beruhigte sich das Wetter noch nicht. Gebietsweise sei mit kräftigen, teils auch schweren Gewittern zu rechnen, warnte der Deutsche Wetterdienst. Dabei seien heftiger Starkregen und auch Hagel möglich. In der Nacht zum Montag sollte die Unwettergefahr langsam nachlassen.
