ABQnews| Deutschland / Mainz | Der rheinland-pfälzische Innenminister Roger Lewentz (SPD) hält eine Ausgangssperre derzeit für nicht nötig. “Wir bereiten uns auf alles Weitere vor, das ist eine Selbstverständlichkeit”, sagte Lewentz am Donnerstag im Südwestrundfunk. “Aber im Augenblick können wir mit den Entscheidungen umgehen, die getroffen wurden.”
So lange damit umgegangen werden könne und Krankenhäuser das schafften, müsse es keine weiteren Verschärfungen geben, sagte Lewentz. Eine Verschärfung könne am Schluss stehen, “aber das würde ich jetzt nicht als schon gegebene nächste Stufe in den Raum stellen wollen”. Die Bevölkerung müsse nun “Vernunft an den Tag” legen – sonst gebe es eine Situation, “mit der das Gesundheitssystem nur noch schwer umgehen könnte”, sagte Lewentz. Die Lage müsse nach zehn bis 14 Tagen neu beurteilt werden.
