ABQnews| Deutschland / Berlin | Mit Gesprächen mit CDU-Chefin Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer und dem Spitzenkandidaten zur Europawahl, Manfred Weber, beendet die CSU-Landesgruppe im Bundestag am Samstag ihre Klausurtagung im oberbayerischen Kloster Seeon (09.00 Uhr). Das Gespräch mit der im Dezember zur CDU-Vorsitzenden gewählten Kramp-Karrenbauer soll einem Neustart im Verhältnis der Schwesterparteien CDU und CSU dienen.
Nach der CDU wählt auch die CSU einen neuen Parteichef, Markus Söder soll noch im Januar auf Horst Seehofer folgen. Söder gab in Seeon als sein Ziel aus, den Streit unter den Schwesterparteien zu beenden. Von Weber wollen sich die Bundestagsabgeordneten der CSU auf den Wahlkampf zur Europawahl im Mai einstimmen lassen. Der Vorsitzende der konservativen EVP-Fraktion im Europaparlament verantwortet die Inhalte des Wahlkampfs.
