ABQnews| Deutschland / Sachsen / Dresden| Die scheidende CDU-Chefin Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer soll noch im Februar einen konkreten Vorschlag für den künftigen Parteivorsitz machen.
“Sie wird uns am 24. Februar einen Vorschlag machen”, sagte Sachsens Ministerpräsident Michael Kretschmer dem Magazin “Focus”. “Ich würde den Parteitag im Herbst so organisieren, dass dort eine Wahl für den Parteivorsitz stattfindet. Im Anschluss wird dann mit der CSU über die Kanzlerkandidatur beraten.”
Kramp-Karrenbauer hatte Reuters zuletzt gesagt, die drei potenziellen Kandidaten für den Parteivorsitz und die Kanzlerkandidatur kommende Woche zu Gesprächen zu treffen. Gehandelt werden für die Aufgabe Ex-Unionsfraktionschef Friedrich Merz, der nordrhein-westfälische Ministerpräsident Armin Laschet und Gesundheitsminister Jens Spahn.
