ABQnews| Deutschland / Berlin | Der bereits aus der AfD-Fraktion ausgeschlossene rheinland-pfälzische Landtagsabgeordnete Jens Ahnemüller ist nun auch aus der AfD ausgeschlossen worden. Die Entscheidung des Bundesschiedsgerichts sei ab sofort rechtskräftig, sagte ein Sprecher des rheinland-pfälzischen AfD-Landesverbands am Mittwoch der Nachrichtenagentur AFP.
Dem 58-Jährigen waren mehrfach Kontakte in die rechtsextreme Szene vorgeworfen worden. Dabei sei es auch um Organisationen gegangen, die auf der Unvereinbarkeitsliste der AfD stünden, sagte der Sprecher. Im September 2018 schloss die AfD-Fraktion im Mainzer Landtag Ahnemüller aus. Eine Klage gegen diese Entscheidung vor dem Verfassungsgerichtshof in Koblenz blieb erfolglos. Seitdem ist Ahnemüller fraktionsloser Abgeordneter.
Im Sommer 2019 lehnte das Landesschiedsgericht in Rheinland-Pfalz einen Parteiausschluss ab. Der Landesvorstand legte gegen diese Entscheidung Berufung vor dem Bundesschiedsgericht ein, das die Entscheidung der Vorinstanz damit nun kassierte.
