ABQnews| Deutschland / Thüringen | Thüringens Ministerpräsident Bodo Ramelow (Linke) sieht die Leistungen der Menschen in Ostdeutschland auch fast 30 Jahre nach dem Mauerfall noch immer nicht gewürdigt. “Der Osten hat einen gewichtigen Beitrag geleistet für das Wohlergehen unseres Landes”, erklärte der Politiker am Mittwoch in Erfurt zum bevorstehenden Tag der deutschen Einheit. Es werde “Zeit, dies auch gesamtdeutsch anzuerkennen”.
Ramelow verwies auf “Lohnunterschiede und Rentenungerechtigkeiten”. Darüber hinaus sei die Zahl der Ostdeutschen in Führungspositionen in Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Kultur “unangemessen gering”. Die neuen Ländern würden auch bei der Ansiedlung von Bundesbehörden “benachteiligt”. Ramelow reist am Donnerstag nach Kiel. In der schleswig-holsteinischen Landeshauptstadt findet dieses Jahr die zentrale Einheitsfeier statt.
