ABQnews| Deutschland / Berlin | Vor dem Oberlandesgericht (OLG) Dresden beginnt heute (10.00 Uhr) der Prozess gegen acht mutmaßliche Mitglieder der rechtsextremen Zelle Revolution Chemnitz. Der Generalbundesanwalt wirft den vor rund einem Jahr verhafteten Männern die Gründung einer rechtsterroristischen Vereinigung vor. Die Angeklagten sollen gewaltsame Angriffe auf Ausländer und politische Gegner geplant und einen Umsturz des demokratischen Rechtsstaats als Ziel gehabt haben.
Konkret sollen sie eine Aktion am 3. Oktober vergangenen Jahres, dem Tag der deutschen Einheit, geplant haben. Nach Erkenntnissen der Ermittler versuchten die Rechtsextremen, an halbautomatische Schusswaffen zu gelangen. Die Verdächtigen stammen allesamt aus dem Raum Chemnitz und sind laut Bundesanwaltschaft in der Rechtenszene fest verwurzelt. Für das Verfahren vor dem Staatsschutzsenat des OLG sind bislang Verhandlungstermine bis Ende April angesetzt.
