ABQnews| Deutschland / Iran / Berlin / Teheran | Die Kurdische Gemeinde Deutschland hat von Berlins Regierendem Bürgermeister Michael Müller (SPD) gefordert, sein für Freitag geplantes Treffen mit seinem Teheraner Amtskollegen Prooz Hanachi abzusagen. Zwar sei es wichtig, “Kommunikationswege auch zu problematischen Partnern offenzuhalten”, erklärte der Vizevorsitzender Mehmet Tanriverdi am Donnerstag im hessischen Gießen. “Doch auf einen Empfang in allen protokollarischen Ehren für einen Verbrecher sollte verzichtet werden.”
Hanachi besucht am Freitag Berlin und wird nach Angaben des Senats von Müller begrüßt. Der Teheraner Bürgermeister trägt sich auch in das Goldene Buch der Stadt ein. Der iranische Botschafter Mahmoud Farazandeh begleitet ihn. Es handle sich um “zwei hochumstrittene Vertreter des iranischen Unrechtsregimes”, erklärte Tanriverdi. Dieses stehe für “Unterdrückung, Missachtung der Menschenrechte sowie Aggressionspolitik und Israel-Hass”. Der geplante Empfang sende ein “unheilvolles Signal an alle oppositionellen Kräfte” im Iran.
