ABQnews| Deutschland / Berlin | Die Grünen-Politikerin Kerstin Andreae wechselt an die Spitze des Energieverbands BDEW. Der Vorstand des Bundesverbandes der Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft (BDEW) berief Andreae am Dienstag zur neuen Hauptgeschäftsführerin. Den Posten wird sie am 1. November übernehmen. BDEW-Präsidentin Marie-Luise Wolff lobte Andreae als “wirtschaftspolitisch außerordentlich erfahren”.
Andreae war zuletzt wirtschaftspolitische Sprecherin der Grünen-Bundestagsfraktion. Die Diplom-Volkswirtin gilt als pragmatisch; so hatte sie stets für ein besseres Verhältnis ihrer Partei zur Wirtschaft geworben. Zu ihrer Berufung erklärte sie am Dienstag, sie freue sich nun darauf, sich “mit voller Kraft für die Interessen der Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft einsetzen zu können”.
Mit Andreae bleibt der Verband gut vernetzt in der Politik. Der jetzige Hauptgeschäftsführer Stefan Kapferer war zuvor Staatssekretär im Bundeswirtschaftsministerium. Er wird jetzt Chef des Netzbetreibers 50Hertz.
