ABQnews| Deutschland / Berlin | Der Bundestag berät in seiner heutigen Plenarsitzung (09.00 Uhr) über das Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz. Die Neuregelung, die bereits vor fast fünf Monaten vom Kabinett beschlossen worden war, soll den Zuzug von Arbeitnehmern aus Nicht-EU-Staaten erleichtern. Insbesondere entfällt die Pflicht zur sogenannten Vorrangprüfung, bei der bisher ermittelt werden muss, ob nicht ein deutscher Bewerber für den Job infrage kommt.
Auf das Einwanderungsgesetz hatten SPD und Wirtschaftsverbände seit langem gedrängt, während es in der Union Vorbehalte gab. In einem weiteren Gesetzentwurf geht es um Regelungen zu gut integrierten Ausländern, die über einen Arbeits- oder Ausbildungsplatz verfügen. Diese sollen unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen eine 30-monatige Duldung erhalten können.
