ABQnews| Deutschland / Berlin | Bundesinnenminister Horst Seehofer (CSU) berät am Montag mit dem Präsidenten des Bundesamts für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI), Arne Schönbohm, und dem Präsidenten des Bundeskriminalamtes (BKA), Holger Münch, über den aktuellen Datendiebstahl, von dem zahlreiche Politiker und mehrere Prominente betroffen sind. Ihnen wurden zahlreiche persönliche Daten gestohlen und im Internet veröffentlicht.
Seehofer kündigte an, die Bevölkerung bis “spätestens Mitte der Woche ausführlich” über die Erkenntnisse zu dem Vorfall zu informieren. Am Wochenende war Kritik am Umgang der Behörden mit dem Vorfall laut geworden. Abgeordnete warfen besonders dem BSI vor, sie zu spät über seine Erkenntnisse informiert zu haben.
