ABQnews| Deutschland / München / USA / Apple | Im Rechtsstreit mit dem US-Chipkonzern Qualcomm hat Apple nach Angaben des Münchner Landgerichts wie erwartet Berufung eingelegt.
Der iPhone-Hersteller gehe gegen die Gerichtsentscheidung vom 20. Dezember vor, sagte eine Sprecherin am Freitag der Nachrichtenagentur Reuters. Demnach darf Apple wegen der Verletzung von Qualcomm-Patenten künftig keine iPhone-Modelle 7, 7plus, 8, 8plus und X mehr in Deutschland verkaufen.
Qualcomm hatte nach eigenen Angaben vom Donnerstag die vom Landgericht geforderte Sicherheit in Höhe von 1,34 Milliarden Euro hinterlegt und damit die Bedingung für ein sofortiges Verkaufsverbot für einige iPhone-Modelle erfüllt. Die Summe ist für den Fall gedacht, dass das Urteil von einem höheren Gericht wieder aufgehoben wird und Apple für den Verkaufsstopp entschädigt werden muss.
