ABQnews| Deutschland / Frankfurt | Der Volkswagen-Konzern stoppt wegen der Coronavirus-Krise seine Produktion in den meisten Werken in Deutschland und Europa.
Der Konzern werde am Vormittag bekanntgeben, dass diesen Freitag die letzte Schicht sei, hieß es in einem Brief des Betriebsrats an die Mitarbeiter. Während im Bürobereich bei VW Abstandsgebote wegen der Corona-Epidemie gälten, arbeiteten die Kollegen in der Produktion Schulter an Schulter, hieß es in dem Brief. “Die Beschäftigten haben sich und uns Betriebsräte gefragt, warum sie dieses deutlich höhere Ansteckungsrisiko tragen müssen”, schrieb Betriebsratschef Bernd Osterloh. Der Betriebsrat habe gegenüber dem Vorstand diese “Zweiklassengesellschaft” kritisiert. Das Management habe auf den Druck reagiert und beschlossen, dass am Freitag die letzte Schicht laufe. Das ist aus Sicht des Betriebsrats zu spät. “Wir erwarten jetzt einen geordneten Ausstieg aus der Fertigung”, forderte Osterloh.
