ABQnews| Frankreich / Paris | Frankreichs Präsident Emmanuel Macron will sich am Dienstag zum Kampf gegen Islamismus und Ghettobildung äußern. In Mülhausen im Elsass besucht der Staatschef das Brennpunktviertel Bourtzwiller und trifft dort Vertreter aus Politik und Gesellschaft (ab 12.00 Uhr). Macron hat eine “republikanische Wiedereroberung” von Vierteln angekündigt, in denen Islamisten viel Einfluss haben. Frankreich wird seit 2015 durch eine Serie islamistischer Anschläge mit mehr als 250 Toten erschüttert.
Vorgesehen sind nach Angaben aus der Regierung mehr Mittel für Kultur und Sport. Zudem soll die Ausbildung von Imamen in Frankreich verbessert werden. Kritik gibt es an Einflussnahme aus dem Ausland: So wird in Mülhausen eine neue Moschee unter Beteiligung des Emirats Katar gebaut.
