ABQnews| Deutschland / Berlin | Der Bundestag erinnert am Freitag zu Beginn seiner Sitzung (09.00) an den Fall der Mauer vor 30 Jahren. Die Abgeordneten diskutierten rund eineinhalb Stunden über die damaligen Ereignisse und die Lehren daraus. Zu den weiteren Themen der Sitzung gehören die nationale Tourismusstrategie und die Frage, ob mit Petitionen an den Bundestag anders umgegangen werden soll als bisher.
Erstmals debattieren die Abgeordneten außerdem über das geplante nationale Emissionshandelssystem, der zum Klimapaket der Bundesregierung gehört. Dadurch soll das Verbrennen von fossilen Energieträgern wie Benzin oder Heizöl schrittweise teurer werden, um den Umstieg auf klimafreundliche Alternativen attraktiver zu machen. Die Bürger sollen im Gegenzug unter anderem beim Strompreis und der Entfernungspauschale entlastet werden.
