ABQnews| Deutschland / EU | Der Europäische Gerichtshof (EuGH) in Luxemburg befasst sich heute mit der Verteilung von Asylbewerbern innerhalb der EU (10.00 Uhr). Dabei geht es um Beschlüsse des EU-Ministerrats aus dem Jahr 2015, nach denen sich die Mitgliedstaaten dazu verpflichten, in Italien und Griechenland ankommende Flüchtlinge aufzunehmen.
Die EU-Kommission hatte Ungarn, Polen und Tschechien verklagt, weil die drei Länder ihren Verpflichtungen hinsichtlich der Beschlüsse nicht nachgekommen seien. Am Montag werden die Schlussanträge der zuständigen Generalanwältin erwartet.
