ABQnews| Deutschland / Syrien | Volljährigen Dschihadisten mit doppelter Staatsangehörigkeit soll künftig der deutsche Pass entzogen werden können. Ein entsprechendes Gesetz billigte das Bundeskabinett am Mittwoch.
Durch ihre Teilnahme an Kampfhandlungen für eine Dschihadistenmiliz im Ausland brächten die Betroffenen zum Ausdruck, dass sie sich von Deutschland und seiner grundlegenden Werteordnung abgewandt hätten, heißt es zur Begründung des Gesetzes.
Auf die Neuregelung hatten sich Bundesinnenminister Horst Seehofer (CSU) und Justizministerin Katarina Barley (SPD) Anfang März geeinigt. Sie soll aber nur für die künftige Beteiligung an Kampfhandlungen gelten, weil sie andernfalls gegen das Rückwirkungsverbot verstoßen würde.
Deswegen war Kritik an dem Gesetz laut geworden. Es komme zu spät, hieß es. Das Innenministerium hofft dennoch, dass von der Neureglung ein Signal ausgeht und es eine “präventive Wirkung” entfalten wird.
