ABQnews| EU/ Luxemburg | Der Europäischen Gerichtshof (EuGH) in Luxemburg verkündet am Dienstag (9.00 Uhr) bedeutsame Urteile für die Asylverfahren in der EU. Die Richter entscheiden darüber, welche Bedeutung die Lebensbedingungen für Flüchtlinge in den EU-Mitgliedsstaaten für die Überstellung von Asylbewerbern haben. Insbesondere geht es dabei um Sozialleistungen. Experten messen den entsprechenden Rechtsfragen große Bedeutung für das europäische Asylsystem bei.
Aufgeworfen wurden diese Fragen vom Bundesverwaltungsgericht und dem Verwaltungsgerichtshof Baden-Württemberg, die den EuGH um Auslegung verschiedener Unionsvorschriften zu Asylverfahren baten. In dem Verfahren geht es unter anderem darum, ob in einem anderen EU-Staat bereits anerkannte Flüchtlinge an dieses Land überstellt werden können, wenn die Lebensbedingungen für sie dort schlecht sind.
