ABQnews| Libyen / Tripolis /Repsol | Die libysche National Oil Corporation (NOC) erklärte am Samstag, dass ihr Vorsitzender, Mustapha Sinnallah, mit Vertretern der Repsol in Tripolis über die Ölfeldkrise diskutiert hat.

In den Gesprächen am Donnerstag forderten beiden Seiten “die Einstellung von Feindseligkeiten und bewaffneten Konflikten innerhalb und außerhalb der Einrichtung. Die ist die grundlegende Voraussetzung für die Wiederaufnahme der Ölförderung vor Ort ist”.
Das Sharara-Feld, Libyens größtes Ölfeld, ist nach wie vor Grundlage eines Streits zwischen der international anerkannten Regierung von Tripolis und einer im Osten des Landes ansässigen rivalisierenden Regierung.
Demonstranten und Clanmitglieder wurden im Dezember im Gebiet von Repsol im Süden Libyens festgenommen. Die im Osten ansässige Regierung sandte am Mittwoch eine Truppe zur Kontrolle.
Die Ölförderung in Libyen, ein Mitglied der Organisation der Erdöl exportierenden Länder (OPEC), ist seit dem Sturz des libyschen Führers Muammar Gaddafi im Jahr 2011 von Unruhen geplagt.
