ABQnews| Deutschland / Mannheim / Heidelberg| An diesem Sonntag geht das 67. Internationale Filmfestival zu Ende. In den Vorführorten in Mannheim und Heidelberg sind noch einmal Festivalfilme zu sehen, darunter auch in Sondervorstellungen diejenigen, die am Samstag Abend zuvor mit Preisen geehrt wurden.
Der Film „Orange Days“ des iranischen Regisseurs Arash Lahooti hat den Hauptpreis des 67. Internationalen Filmfestivals Mannheim-Heidelberg gewonnen. Im Mannheimer Stadthaus N1 vergab die Festivaljury den renommierten „Grand Newcomer Award“ am bei der Preisverleihung an die Produktion.
In dem Film geht es um eine eigenwillige Frau, die mit all ihrer Kraft versucht, ihr Leben zu leben. Dies in einem Land, in dem dies Frauen nicht ohne weiteres gestattet ist. Die Hauptdarstellerin ist Hadie Tehrani aus dem Iran.
