Yücel besitzt die deutsche und türkische Staatsbürgerschaft. Er wurde wegen kritischer Berichte in der Türkei festgenommen und sitzt offiziell seit gestern in Untersuchungshaft. Die Haftzeit kann in der Türkei bis zu 5 Jahre dauern. Er ist einer von 150 Journalisten die in der Türkei inhaftiert sind. Die Pressefreiheit ist faktisch durch Erdogan abgeschafft.
Die internationale Staatengemeinschaft und Deutschland müssen jetzt endlich handeln. Einreiseverbote für türkische Beamte und Regierungsmitglieder, inkl. Präsident Erdogan. Abzug aller deutschen Natosoldaten in der Türkei. Keine finanzielle Hilfe mehr für die Türkei, bis die Rechtsstaatlichkeit und die Menschrechte wieder Anwendung finden.
