ABQnews| Ägypten / Frankreich | Der ägyptische Kurzfilm „One Night Stand“ wird im Louvre in Paris gezeigt. Die Vorführung ist Teil der Veranstaltung „Les Rencontres Internationales Paris“, die am 23. Februar begann und die sich mit zeitgenössischer Kunst und neuen Filmen befasst.
“One Night Stand” wird von dem palästinensischen Filmemacher Nour Abed und dem ägyptischen Regisseur und Produzenten Mark Lotfy inszeniert. Der Film basiert auf der realen Begegnung der Regisseure in Beirut mit einem europäischen Mann, der sich der kurdischen Miliz anschließen wollte, um gegen Daesh (Islamischer Staat) in Syrien zu kämpfen. Das Gespräch wurde heimlich auf einem Mobiltelefon aufgezeichnet und dient als Skript für animierte modellierte Situationen und performative Rekonstruktionen dieser Nacht.
“Les Rencontres Internationales Paris” wird aufgrund der Coronavirus-Pandemie online gestreamt. Besucher können den Livestream sehen, der auch Filme enthält, Diskussionen und Performances werden Online veranstaltet
